# Noteweave — Terms of Service

By using Noteweave, you accept these Terms and our [Privacy Policy](privacy.html). You must be 13+. You are responsible for your account and any content you submit.

Acceptable use: no illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity; no reverse-engineering; no probing for vulnerabilities without consent; no using outputs to train competing models.

You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant Noteweave a license to host and process it solely to run the Services. We do not use Your Content to train foundation models without explicit consent.

Services provided AS-IS. AI output is probabilistic — verify before relying. Liability capped at ₹5,000 (Noteweave does not currently charge users; this cap will be revised when paid plans launch). No indirect or consequential damages.

Governed by Indian law; exclusive jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka courts. Informal dispute resolution required for 30 days before formal action.
