# Noteweave — Privacy Policy

We collect account info (via Clerk + optional Google OAuth), communications, research content, and usage logs. We use this data to operate the Services, run research agents (passing queries to LLM sub-processors), respond to inquiries, and detect abuse. We do not sell personal information.

Sub-processors (complete list): AWS (hosting), OpenAI / Anthropic / Google Gemini (LLM inference), Google OAuth (sign-in), Clerk (auth), Umami self-hosted (analytics). No other trackers, ad networks, payment processors, or marketing tools.

You have rights to access, correct, delete, port, and object to processing. Email [contact@noteweave.io](https://mail.google.com/mail/?view=cm&fs=1&to=contact%40noteweave.io) to exercise. GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA honored on request.

Retention: account data while active + 30 days in backups; logs ≤90 days; legal records per Indian tax law (~8 years).
